Glamour Shot: Another Look

Fashion photographers use photoediting to enhance certain images, create a mood, or add artistic effects to imagery. In this particular image I want to enhance the reflection in the model’s retro sunglasses, drawing attention to this particular detail while making everything else secondary. The method that works the best for me (there are many ways to do this) was to edit in Lightroom, then Photoshop, and then open it up in Lightroom again. Using this workflow I got some amazing results. Image editing takes patience, skill, and lot of time…I tell my non photo friends “being a photographer is not easy!” I like this result even more than the black and white treatment I’d used previously.

Glamour: One Image Three Ways
